R150 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and rules governing the use of the r150 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the r150 platform via the website r150.app or its related mobile application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the r150 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and r150 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The r150 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, users confirm and acknowledge that they meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to register one account on the r150 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining funds.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and any identity verification details required for compliance purposes (KYC). r150 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a user's identity.
- Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact r150 support immediately.
- R150 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
R150 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r150 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Impersonating another person or providing false identification information during registration or verification.
- Engaging in any money laundering activity or transferring funds connected to illegal activities through the r150 platform.
- Communicating in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner towards other users or r150 staff.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the r150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). r150 does not directly accept or process payments in foreign currencies.
Deposit Methods
Deposits can be made via FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods available on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is RM 5 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification (KYC process). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. r150 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Account Balance
Funds held in an r150 account are for use on the platform only and do not accrue interest. r150 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until full identity verification is completed. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
R150 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms in this document or other related policies.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities linked to the account.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months — users will be notified in advance via their registered email before any action is taken.
- Voluntary account closure requested by the user.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining funds may not be recoverable depending on the nature of the breach and the outcome of r150's internal investigation. Voluntary account closures will be accompanied by a refund of eligible balances upon completion of verification.
6. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The r150 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. r150 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, r150 will not be liable for any indirect losses, data loss, business disruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the r150 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of r150 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The r150 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. r150 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Amendments and Governing Law
R150 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on r150.app. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court with jurisdiction.
